Why can't I get a job? Am I doing something wrong?

Right now, I'm 19 years old. I am majoring in accounting in college and I can't seem to find a job other than the one I am currently have (I have been a retail assistant manager for four years - it was my first job and I worked my way up). I have great references and I am extremely dependable. I also worked as an accounting tutor at my college. I have maintained a 3.7 GPA also. I have great references, but I NEVER get calls back from my interviewers. I believe that most of the interviews go well, so what should I do better? I feel as though nobody will give me a chance.
