How should I dress when I follow up for a job?? HELP? 10 POINTS!!?

I applied for a job at Winn Dixie and I'm going to go to the store tommorrow to follow up, it's not an interview, although I'm going to ask for an interview. But anyway, how should I dress?? Can I just wear jeans and a plain t-shirt or should i dress up?

And should I shave my face?? I don't have a full beard but there are some hair on my face.
