What's the name of this movie? It's about a killer computer program.?

I remember watching a movie when I was younger. It was about some computer program that was used for revenge, but it ends up killing the people it was meant for. The setting took place on a college campus or maybe a private school. I only remember a few scenes.

1. There was one part where two girls (maybe one) were in a laundry room and the program took control of wires or something and strangled the girl(s).
2. Another scene took place in a gym. It was filmed with night vision and I believe the screen kept flashing and one of the students died.
3. The last scene I remember is when the last few survivors are trying to escape the school. The gates are locked and a friend from the outside rammed into the gate with their car. A guy climbs up onto the fence and offers the girl help up. But she just stares at him because she knows something is wrong. And she was right. the Computer program triggers the electric fence and kills him. After that the girl goes back to delete the program once and for all.

Please help. It's annoying the crap out of me.
