Please help me I need to change my life!?

Ok so I went to school for culinary and it was sooo fun! Then it took me 3 months to find a job!! I had to work at sbarros at the airport!! It was horrible they don't know anything about safety and sanitation just people who went to work for the paycheck. So after 6 months I got really sick of it there and quit plus they wouldn't help me when I told them I didn't get paid for my overtime they were trying to say I worked got just 2 hrs for one shift wth?? Eventually I got an extra check in the mail for it. Then I got a job as a prep cook at a latin american restaurant with less money and less hours and turns out my creepy sleazy boss was obsessed with me so of I wasn't laid off or so he says I would have quit I only worked there for three months. I want to be a sushi chef then a teppanyaki chef so I was able to get a job at a japanese family run restaurant but as a dishwasher!! But i knew i could work my way up and i did so i went from scrubbing rat shît off the basement floor to the saute cook as well as.putting extra hours with prep, dishwashing, and cleaning I was there for 5 months until my whiney moody boss all of a sudden had a bïtch fit like usual but even more so when I supposedly burnt a shrimp. She was saying I cant trust you I don't want you here I couldn't believe she was saying this and so I said you don't want me here?? Then she repeats every thing she just said. So I grabbed my shît and left not saying anything her husband was trying to ask what happened but I was sick of them both they are disgusting! And now I think its been two weeks and filling out app after other everyday. So far I got a phone call from someone who couldn't even speak english. Am I fücked??? I have 30000$ to pay off!! Im starting to regret everything. What should i do?? And I don't understand my sister doesn't have an impressive resume as much as my own but somehow she has a job at a plasma clinic and does easy work for way more money than I made working my ašs off on saute???
