Have been waiting for my wedding dress!?

ok so i dont know what to do?! my father bought my wedding dress from sarahseven.com and i picked it out and he bought it on line bc we dont have a store by us. before we bought the dress i email the women that makes the dresses and she would email me back same day or next day. seemed like a very nice women.... well this was oct 9th 2011 and on the web site it says it takes 8 to 10 weeks to make the dress and ship well its now feb 2012 and she wont email me or anything i have no number what so ever what do i do?! this is the dress i got http://www.sarahseven.bigcartel.com/product/powdered-sugar
