If things are so bad that people stop looking for work how does that affect the economy?
i heard people say there not kissing or begging the white man for work and also they whould rather leave the usa and be there own boss how will this have a affect on or economy serious answers

This question (like so many in economics) is actually a political one.
If there are governmental welfare edicts that require subsistance given to citizens, then the grey market fills the void resulting in decreased government revenues. If it doesn't then the result is increased depravation (starvation and conflict result see Somalia).
A certain level of inactive citizens is maintainable, when it gets beyond that level (c.f. Greece) a deficit spiral occurs.
Migration and Immigration is of course affected by the economic outlook .
If the economic expectation of outward migrants is less than that of inward migrants, then the economy benefits as a result. The reverse is also true. It is difficult to determine which of the cases is currently the case for any of the major western economies, but it is assumed at the moment that it is neutral with regard to the other macroecomic factors that dominate at this time.
