Does the existence of a secondary market impact the primary market?

secondary market makes bonds more liquid (easier to sell), so people are more willing to buy then, increasing price and decreasing interest rate that bond issuer has to pay.

I Havent reAd those far... But. Guess Not except maybe in Europe when the ecb Buy bonds or as Long as the Fed dös quantitive ersing or as Long Japan England does the Same. But an uniformes Guess Would be otherwise absolutly no but i haven read that far but from what i read and Guess according to it i woud Say no
