Should i tell him in a letter?

ok so um idk wat to do but my ex bf is at camp keep and im at new jersey wit my family and hes moving like in the weekend and im coming back friday morning and hes coming back friday at 4 pm and like we still love each other we still kiss and hug cus we love each other and everything we talk alot on the phone but we got in a fight 2 weeks ago he hasnt talk to me since monday cus yesterday he left same wit me but we talked a lil bout the fight and it seemed like hes not mad but hes leving this weekend and i have been thinking bout writing a letter so he can member me and give to his brother so wen he comes back he can read it and and a part it says " can i meet u at the stonecreek park at 5:30" but i dont think he will come but i tried is tht a good idea plz help me hes leaving but good idea?
