How Can I Upload A Video From Facebook To Youtube?

im using google chrome, so that video downloader helper on firefox won't work, is there anything else i an use? i've also tried using replay media catcher and putting the videos into my itunes then uploading them from my ipod onto youtube, but the keep crashing so media replay catcher won't work, is there any other way?

the videos that im trying to upload are videos from my xbox that i shared i facebook, but you can only share from xbox to facebook, and you can only watch them on facebook you can't copy them or extract them
