Where to find personalized gifts?

My sister is marrying her Air Force fiance in June, and I want to get her a personalized gift. I was thinking something like panties or pjs, but the only panties I find are $15+ a pair (which is ridiculous). Does anyone know of any websites with cheaper prices and good quality? Thank you.
