Which should I get? PS3 or IPod Touch?

I have 260 bucks saved up and I thought it was time to spend it, which should I get? I'm thinking about getting a game system since I only have a ps2 right now. But the games are so expensive so I'm thinking of getting the ipod instead.

Suggestions?
