Nipples extra sensitive, makes me anxious and irritable...?

My nipples are always super sensitive and when ANYTHING brushes across them it makes me feel anxious and irritable..is this crazy?? why do I have this so badly? makes me feel uncomfortable ...had it even before becoming pregnant..anyone have this or know what it means?
