Bladder infection turns to bleeding?

I have been having pain on the left side of my pelvis for a few days. Felt a lump in the area. A couple days later I was still having some pain and burning began. This morning I woke up many times with the feelings of a bladder infection. I have peed probably forty times today. I went to the store and got AZO which I used right away. It helped with the pain but once my urine started to change colors from clear/yellow to orange...red began as well. It is blood. I'm a bit concerned because I have so much pain. I have not had my period in over two months (irregular is normal for me..at least before surgery for endometriosis). I am bleeding and regularly. I had to switch from a pantyliner to a pad. As I used a pantyliner so the AZO would not stain my undies. I was not bleeding at all before the AZO but have been since it started showing in my urine. I'm weak, really tired, nauseaous...and confused. A bit scared as well. Any ideas what may be going on? I wouldn't be so concerned had I not started bleeding the same time the medicine started showing up in my urine. I did take a pregnancy test the day before yesterday as well and it was negative.
I just went to pee and the burning pain is back and I had a clot. Just one. Does this sound like a period or maybe ectopic pregnancy or ruptured cyst???
