My Droid Bionic black screened.?

This morning I woke up and my phone was on, but the screen was black and the four bottom buttons were lit, but not working. I removed the battery and sim card twice, but there was no change. I took it in to Verizon and I guess she did some kind of reset because it worked for a few hours after that, but now it's still doing the same thing. Please help.
