I need help, grandma had stroke?

Hello this morning my grandma had a stroke, and I am scarred. I was the only one home and she was banging on her wall for help which woke me up. She was mumbling and I couldn't understand her. I called my dad who then called 911. But the 15 minutes I was alone with her was one of the scariest times of my life. Walking in on her on the floor is also an image that wont leave my mind. She is in the hospital now being taken care of and should be fine with minor symptoms in around a week . The thing is I saved her life, but the horrifying thoughts and images of her stroke won't leave my mind, and I am still really scared. I can't stop thinking about it, and I tear a little bit every time they enter my head. Please help me
