Does the right to LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness cover ABORTION?

Life is defined as the condition which distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms.

How, therefore, is abortion justified when humans are made up of LIVING cells? If you believe it is justified, then how would YOU define life?
