Twin names help :) any input is appreciated?

My husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. the doctor just put me on clomid but told me that since i already have a good chance of having twins that the clomid may "put the icing on the cake." We arent expecting twins but want to have some names picked out just in case...

Calliana Izabelle (Callie)
Carleena Jezebel (Carlie)

or
Calliana Izabelle
Carleena Ivy

and for the boys

Santino Lucas (Tino)
Giovanni Jose (Gio)

if we dont have twins we dont know which name for each we like the best. :). so any inout on which name of each is best would be appreciated as well as comments on the twin names for each :)


i am italian/portuguese and irish and he is puerto rican. so we wanted both cultures to mesh
