Can anyone help me interpret my dream?

Okay, I'm freaked out about this dream I had the other night. I don't remember where I was, but I was looking inside my mouth, and I saw something shiny inside my cheek. Literally embedded in the flesh. I reached one finger inside and put one finger on the outside and pushed the object out, and it was this little bean shaped metal thing. I looked back in my mouth to see if I was bleeding, and I wasn't but I saw another shimmer. I found another one, pushed it out, and looked again and found another one. This repeated itself at least a dozen times. They were all inside my left cheek. I remember looking in there and seeing my cheek full of a bunch of pores once I was done, and then I looked at my right cheek and found a big knot there. I started to push, and something black started to come out. I was thinking it was going to be a bug or something, but it ended up being an earring I lost last summer. At that point I woke myself up. There was no pain, but I did have an unsettling feeling in my stomach. Any ideas of what thins could mean?
