Transferring from a CSU to another institution with 110+ units?
I wanted to know if there is a way to transfer from a CSU holding 110+ units with senior status to another CSU, UC, or any other institution. Will anyone allow this?

A UC or CSU would be very unlikely to allow it. Other universities might allow it, but would require you to complete at least 24 units at their university and to fulfill any of their own general education and major requirements that you had not yet completed.

Most schools will require you to get at least 60 credits from their school to get a degree with their name on it.
With 110 units you are over 90% of the way to graduating. Just finish there.
