I need plumbing help please! ?

my toilet is clogged up and plunging it is not helping. I also poured a bottle of liquid draino in it twice and let it sit. The first bottle made it flush. Then it clogged back up again. The second time I poured a bottle of draino in it had no effect at all. What can I do to fix it?
