What do I do with all this food?
well I bought a lot of good today because I have cravings (I'm 13) unhealthy foods 2 boxes of donuts 2 boxes of cookies and my mom and sister told me that just cause I was skinny I'm taking advantage of my body and I'll get fat in the wrong way. because right now I'm trying to get some more meat in my upper body and butt, not really the legs because it's just too skinny up there. and now I dont feel like eating any of the food at all. any idea what I should do with it? I don't want to waste it and also what is a healthy way to get more meat in my upper body without getting over weight? I'm 5 ft 1 inch and a half and 88 lbs. thanks
