HELP! MY CAT IS DYING!!!!?

I have a female cat and she lives outside. She's limping horribly and her ears look a bit bloody, and her hind leg is bleeding badly! So I took her inside and am making her lay down so she won't hurt. I need some advice on how to handle this, she's dying, you can tell. And I've had her for about 8 years. Please help!!!:(
