Should i break up with him or not im confused?

Okay im really confused. I have all my friends and a couple of other people telling me to break up with him. But none of their reasons are supported. some of them are saying that he doesnt treat me right and others are saying he is to ugly for me. but i like him for his personality. and then i told my friend that this other boy has liked me for a while and my friend has been talking to the other boy about me and all that stuff. But the main reason is because my boyfriend doesnt talk to me at lunch or when ever he gets a chance to but the other boy does every chance he gets and he makes the most of it. what do i do please help
