How Can I Adopt A Teen/Kid From Korea, China, or Japan?

Well I live in the USA and I've been wanting to adopt a kid from Asia especially from the countries I mentioned above, it would be better if it was a teenager. Is there any other way instead of going to the country and adopting one? Please let me know !
