How do you make those little symbols on instagram?

This will only work on an iPod4 or iPhone4/iPhone4S. It may work on an iPhone3. Go into settings, then go to General, then go to Keyboard, then go to Inernational Keyboards, then tap Add New Keyboard, then tap Emoji. If Emoji is not one of the choices then it is not available for that version of the iPod/iPhone.
