For **** Sake, PLEASE HELP!?

I recently got an xbox again. My old xbox account is a 'minor' account, meaning it needs a parent to agree to the terms and conditions. When i did this before, to save time, i created my own alternate email address that was over 18, and used it as my 'parents' email address on my account.

I have recovered my old account, but i need to again get my 'parent' to agree to the terms and conditions. However, i forgot my password for my alternate email address.

So i go to reset my password, leading me to the security question.

As i said before, i created it quickly to save time about 4 years ago, so while trying to guess it, i entered it wrong too many times.

Since then, i have now remembered the answer to my secret question! (Hoorah!)

However, when i enter it, it now displays the message "This option is temporarily unavailable because incorrect information has been entered too many times"

I have waited over 48 hours and it still displays the same message.

I cannot reset my password any other way, because - as i keep mentioning - i created the account quickly 4 years ago, and know no information about the account.

I have tirelessly searched over the windows live ID help forums ... which is in vain as they are complete bullshit and offer no help whatsoever.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT TO DO!

Do not give me a link to the 'reset password page' do not tell me i am a hacker trying to gain unlawful access to an account, do not tell me it was stupid of me to make my own email address (because i already realise that it was) and do not tell me to create a new account to accept the terms and conditions, because it doesnt work!

If you are not from microsoft or have a huge understanding of what to do, do not give me some bullshit answer. I am now 21 so don't tell me i am too young.

what am i supposed to do!
@harvardhan ... it really hasn't got that much to do with xbox. it is regarding recovering a windows live ID password, or resetting it should i say.
