How does this go awayyyyyyy):? ?

1st I am 17 years old girl. in the corner of my left eye, I have this clear gland of tears. it's like a bubble of tears. I have went to the doctors and stuff like so many times! and I am continuously using the ointment that the doctor gave infact it's nearly finished, but the clear gland is still there, it's still the same size and it's still painful as fuq :( it hurts so much. I can't even sleep atm cause of the pain. and it's 1:31am here:( plus I've had this for like 3-4 weeks now!
help me, what should I do? I don't wanna go doctors again. been there like 3-4 times. it's a waste of time if I go again! please help i'm in so much pain :(
