My blackberry curve 8520 won't turn on all the way, help?

My phone was drained the whole day. When I got home to charge it, it rebooted but didn't finish loading. It stopped about two thirds of the loading bar. Can someone help me solve my problem? :( this is the first time i have encountered this and i've had my blackberry for about 7 months already.
