Undecided Question
My washer won't spin, rinse, nor will it dispence the water, what could the problem be, what should I do?

There's an electrical solenoid actuated water valve on the cold water line right where the line connects to the washer. Remove the cold water hose from the washer and make sure water comes out into a pail when you turn the water on. Then try replacing the water valve if it's getting the electrical turn on voltage, but not allowing water to pass through. Of course you must make sure the washer is powered on properly first, and then you can get electrocuted by 120 VAC if you don't know what your doing when your working on the inside electrical components with the power on.
