Skype is unavailable? Please help!?

Everytime I log into Skype it gives me this message.

It works for everyone else on my contacts but not me.
I've unistalled and re-installed several times, restarted my laptop several times it just keeps doing this.
And sometimes it will log me in, I'll go to start a conversation and it won't respond i'll be clicking it and nothing is happening..It does this so often can someone please help? It's very, very annoying! :(
