What is the minimum current amount required for an electric car to run and also at a constsnt average speed?
1) what kind of car is it?
2) what is the average speed?
3) do you want the current draw of the motor, or the drain rate of the batteries?
4) how many volts is the system running on?
For example, with a vw bug going a steady 40mph, running on 144 volts, the motor will draw 45 amps, but the batteries will drain at a rate of 60 amps.
A more real world estimate is normal driving that averages 40 mph, there you can expect to average 90 amp battery drain rate.
with normal driving that averages 60 mph, you can expect to drain the batteries at a rate of 200 amps.
