What kind of hamster should I get?

Im having a hard time choosing a hamster
im only getting one maybe 2

what kind of hamster do you recommend and why
which hamster can I hold or handle easily
which one is friendlier
which one bites the least
and which one is more social and friendly with people
I wanna be able to hold it with trust of it not biting or running away
