Pizza Hut harassment on delivery of my order...What should I be doing?

I ordered Pizzas last night from Pizza Hut, Karol Bagh, Padam Singh road outlet, new delhi and it arrived post 40 mins...and that too after my concern call to them for my pizzas... When I asked the delivery boy, he accepted their fault in delivery saying that there was a traffic jam!! (Jam on a Sunday evening)!! I made him have me spoken with his store manager, who bluntly refused for any discount or any thg of the kind to compensate for the fault..Instead he made me to be forcefully be convinced with what he said...: he said that if the pizzas are warm enough to be consumed then that means they have delivered it well!!! I am shocked at this company policy (has he said his company only ensures warm delivery and not on time or in 30 mins delivery!!!) of Pizza Hut!!! And hence I am not entitled to any discount on my order or any coupons in compensation for their fault ...I am quite shocked at this treatment .....how fair is this treatment?!! What should I be doing?
