What prom dress would suit me?

Well here is some information about me;
• I am just 5"
• I have dark blue and green eyes
• My skin is lightly tanned
• I weigh 136 pounds/62kg
• My hair is blonde and just half way down my back
• I dont like long dresses
• I'd prefer short and poofy dresses not short enough to make me look like a sl*t
• My favourite colour is turquoise
• I am a girly girl
• I like dont really like to stand out because I am rather shy

uhm that seems to be all of the stuff that I can think of off of the top of my head.
Please help me, I am totally confused on what dress I should get. If yous can help me you would be doing me such a huge favour
