What are the hottest clubs/bars in Orlando Tuesday-Sunday?

I'm going to be making a trip to Orlando here soon and I'm looking for places to go out at night. Looking for hot clubs and or bars for a Tuesday night, Wednesday night Thursday night....Etc until Sunday night. Looking for a more hip-hop scene on the weekends but during the week looking for spots were there will be people. Let me know what there is out there. BTW this will be NBA All Star weekend and the days leading up. Also looking for good places to eat that you can only get in Orlando. Those places that are "must go" when visiting. Same goes for other activities that are "must do"
