Why my mom don't let me talk with men on my phone?

i'm 15, female and she never let me (she thinks really far)
Any way, she do let me talk with men only in public!
I asked her why not she replied : when you grow up till at least 18 i'll let you do whatever 'good thing' with men.

I feel like turning into lesbian! hahaha like pffft i only talk to girls and spend time with them *sights* *boring*


is she trying to protect me? or is she don't want me to have friendships with men?
