What is this Movie???

All I Remember is this......
1. The movie was in a different language ( like Russian or something) and had subtitles.
2.The teacher was like a monster or alien .
3.The kids in here class were trying to kill her and stuff.
4.The teacher was blonde and mean.
5. it had alot to do with chickens.......I think the teacher ate them or something!
HELP MEEEE??????
