Resolved Question

Did I eat too much to lose weight?

Breakfast: 1 toast, 1 cup of oatmeal, mango and a waffle
Lunch: Spinach salad, stir fried zucchini and squash, 1/2 cup of mixed nuts, 1 veggie burger, bowl of rice
Snack: 1 granola bar, 1 scoop peanut butter, 1 apple
Dinner: 3 tacos, side salad and homemade fries(baked)
Snack: 1 cup of sorbet

I think im eating too much. I want to loose some weight.
